Our Story
Founded in 2004, DEOL Partners builds on partner experience dating back to 1992. Based in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, we combine investment and development expertise across commercial real estate and hospitality-supported by advisory and feasibility work across Ukraine. We maintain operating continuity through market cycles and disruptions, backed by a stable core team and disciplined systems.

2005-2013 - Senator Hotels & Apartments launches and expands in Kyiv
2008 - Secret Resort Club launches
2012 - 11 Mirrors Design Hotel opens
2018 - 11 Mirrors Rooftop Restaurant & Bar launches
2020 - Globe Runner Travellers Hub opens
